John 9:39-41; 10:1-21, TBC Book Two, Chapter 66 The blind man rose to his feet and thanked Jesus for what he had done. With his disciples standing near him, Jesus explained, “I have come into this world so that the blind can see and those who think they see will become blind.” When the man left, some Pharisees came up to Jesus. “What did you say?” they asked. “Are you saying we are blind?” “If you were,” Jesus said, “you would not be guilty of sin. But since you say you can see, you remain guilty.” As Jesus continued to speak, more people began to gather around him. He used the image of a sheep pen to help them understand. . . The people stared at Jesus with a puzzled expression. He sighed and then explained, “I’m telling you, I am the gate for the sheep. All the false shepherds who came before me were nothing more than thieves and robbers, and the sheep knew better than to listen to them. . . .” (See THE BIBLE CLICKS, Book Two, Chapter 66, for the rest of the story.)
